The heat affects everyone, but for stray dogs, it’s a constant struggle for survival.
While humans can simply open a bottle of water whenever they feel thirsty, it’s not that easy for these animals. Stray dogs often have to drink dirty water from drains or sewers, as clean drinking water is scarce. They wander the streets, hungry, thirsty, and without shelter, facing the extreme heat with no relief in sight.
Vidit Sharma, the founding member of the Save A Stray organisation, has dedicated himself to helping these vulnerable animals. Through their large-scale initiative, the organisation provides food, water, and treatment to community animals in need. However, one of the biggest challenges they face is the lack of water. While providing food is crucial, arranging clean water for these dogs is just as important.

But Save A Stray organisation needs more support. The sheer number of stray dogs makes it impossible for a few people to meet their needs alone. Vidit and his team are committed to providing food, water, and medical care, but they need the help of others to make a significant impact.
